Don't need work...

I found work the morning I woke up on the 15th.  Eerie, neh?

I found a torrent of the first seven volumes of the Bleach manga and downloaded it.  I downloaded the rest from Manga-Rain a bit later.  It's just as good as Naruto and One Piece.

Suprnova supposedly closed down a while ago.  I didn't hear about it until two days ago.  If it truly is gone, I'm kind of glad because it makes it just a bit harder for nitwit morons to leech.  My old pride of knowing how to work with mIRC still lingers in me I guess.  =P

I look forward to reading Fruits Basket volumes 7+.  Now that the manga is pretty much where the Anime left off, I'll be quite eager to get a hold of the next volumes.  Unlike shounen manga, I prefer having the actual manga for shoujo titles like Furuba and Kare Kano.

Need work...

SpikeTV shows us, once again, another piece of shit.  The "VGAs" was slightly better this year since they let the winners talk, but overall, it's still trash.

The new trailer for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is pretty good.  A new photo also showed up with the wheelchair guy standing in a room with Rude to his side, and a ShinRa poster hanging in the room.  It just adds more weight to the theory of him being Rufus.

Lately, I've gotten into reading comics.  Mostly Batman.  I used to think Marvel was the shit back when I was a kid, but now I really like DC.  I hope to read more and more comics in the future to match the amount of manga I've read.

I'm going to copy what most web journals do and put my current "song" in the post.  I loved Naruto's second opening, and I really liked Fullmetal Alchemist's last opening song.  When I realized that both songs were sung by Asian Kung-Fu Generation, I got some more of their songs to see if I would like them too.  I did and now I can finally say that I have a favorite band.

For the horde!

Naruto wasn't licensed at all, so I didn't bother updating and played World of Warcraft.  Most of my time has been spent on playing that game.  Wednesday, I go in and take my last MSCE test.  Now, my search for a job is serious.  I fully expect to do a crappy phone tech support job for at least a year, if not more.  I know that my "MCSE" doesn't mean shit if I don't know anything, and I barely grasp many of the ideas of the Windows 2000 Active Directory stuff.  Yay for paper certificates!  -_-'

In other Anime news, the Tales of Phantasia OVA looks great from the first episode.  I only played a little bit so I only knew the beginning sequences.  The rest is unfamiliar to me and I'm glad I don't know what's going to happen next.

Dirge of Cerberus looks good.  I just hope the others, besides Cait Sith, make cameos.

The Bleach Anime is just getting better and better as it goes along.  When episode 12 is subbed (in the weeks to come), I'll be putting it somewhere on my favorites list.  I'm think it's going to be under One Piece and above Naruto.
