Battle 57 - Link vs. Samus Aran
"Round four carries the same
rules as the previous round."
Both fighters rose to the arena.
Link was ready to see if Samus could put up a good fight. Samus, herself,
wondered the same. Samus quickly began running at Link and shooting
beams. Link easily deflected them with his shield. Samus made a
sudden jump and tried to get off a head shot. Link was a little
disappointed as he watched her try that tactic. He saw it coming and found
wide open area around her crotch area. He took the opportunity and sliced
through her armor and got all the way to the stomach area. There, it
stopped and Samus was already dead from the shock. Link pulled the sword
out and wiped the blood off. He stood silently and recognized the effort
his opponent had.
"Samus cannot continue. Link
is the winner!"
