The plot is basically a bunch of people who try to rescue a
kidnapped girl. A bunch of cliff-hanging episodes made it an above average
story.

consistent. The different powers were well animated.

It was all pretty much average development. I was most proud of Ginnosuke
being able to fire his gun with the intent of stopping someone. No
important deaths occurred, so I found that pretty boring.
